Two sisters, Sarah and Simone, have turned their passion for healthy food into an innovative new business.

Two Sisters Tea is a natural Chai Infusion that represents the culmination of two lives influenced by a chef father who introduced the sisters to the culinary crafts feeding their imagination today.

Having been raised with respect for great produce, they tried to find a chai tea that satisfied all their needs. Unable to find it, they were inspired to set about making their own. They wanted to create the best chai possible, one that was easy to prepare, low in caffeine and high in health benefits.

After many months of selecting, brewing and tasting - the sisters created a concentrated and balanced blend of aromatic whole spices and fine teas.

Two Sisters Tea, made in the Hunter Valley, is the perfect blend of exotic whole spices (including cardamom pods, cinnamon quills, nutmeg, liquorice root, vanilla beans - amongst others) and fine teas. Two Sisters Chai Infusion has only a small amount of natural caffeine which makes it a great alternative to coffee and can be enjoyed any time of the day.

A couple of ingredients unique to Two Sisters Tea selected specifically for their health benefits are Yerba Mate and Agave Nectar. Yerba Mate is renowned for providing essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids. Agave Nectar, a natural sweetener with a very low glycemic index due to its high proportion of natural fructose and low levels of glucose, which results in there being no sugar rush.

All the ingredients were individually selected for qualities that promised a rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit.

Two Sisters Tea is available from IKU Wholefoods, About Life and Essential Ingredient, for other stockers visit the website: www.TwoSistersTea.com.au. A new product range is also in the pipeline.
